Insertion Tips
- Wash and dry your hands thoroughly
- Check the lens isn’t inside-out (bowl shape, not saucer)
- Place on your fingertip and inspect for tears or damage
- Look up and gently pull down lower eyelid
- Look down and place lens gently on the white part of your eye
- Slowly release your eyelid and blink gently
Removal & Disposal
- Wash and dry your hands thoroughly
- Look up and gently pull down your lower eyelid
- Gently pinch the lens between thumb and forefinger
- Dispose of lens in household waste (not down the drain)
