What are the conditions for this offer?

A complete single vision pair of eyeglasses with an Eight to Eighty or Zips frame and clear SV lenses for $495.
What are the conditions for this offer?
- To receive this offer, the patient must purchase:
- Eight to Eighty / Zips Frames
- Conventional SV Poly Clear lenses (Opticians will guide on lens features)
- A current prescription or eye exam is required for dispensing.
- The offer does not include the cost of the eye exam.

This promotion gives patients 60 years and over special discount options on frames and complete eyeglasses. Discounts vary, but you can save up to 20% off complete eyewear.

Yes, Young at Heart is available throughout all locations nationwide.
What is the offer?
Patients who qualify will be offered:
- FREE Eight to Eighty frame with Flat Top Trivex Transitions, Apex Plus Transitions, Apex Ultimate Transitions or Nupolar Lens – No discount on Lenses. (Any Patient who wishes to purchase an Eight to Eighty frame with a lens outside of the options listed above will qualify for Option 2. i.e., 20% off on complete spectacles.)
- 20% off complete spectacles with any frame other than an Eight to Eighty; no restrictions on lens materials, design, or features.
What are the rules of this promotion?
Offer is valid from December 1st 2022 until further advised.

2-Day Service Details
What is 2-Day service?
Your eyeglasses can be ready for collection within 48 hours with our new 2-Day Service. All non-AR work orders that have been completed and billed by 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday, will be completed for delivery to the issuing branch by 1:00 pm the following day. Work orders issued on Saturday will be delivered to the issuing branches on Tuesday of the following week. Orders may be delivered by Monday depending on the lab’s workload.
What lens features are not available for this ervice?
Due to the process involved in applying the Anti-reflective coating, this service is not available the 2-Day service. In addition, where a special lens needs to be ordered, this will not apply.
Is this service available at all your locations?
No, due to geographic restrictions, some locations may experience a slight delay.
Will insurance claims still be applicable in the service?
Yes, all vision benefits as per your insurance provider coverage will be applicable. All insurance can be used with the exception of Guardian Life. If you are using Credit Facility (Guardian Life), you can only get 15% on Frames and 10% on lenses. The Guardian Life patient can benefit from this promotion by paying in full and submitting their own claim. This also applies if it is on a second, third, fourth pair for a family member.
Are down payments applicable under this service?
All purchases are subject to our regular down payment policy, once your final payment is made, your eyeglasses may qualify for our 2-Day Service.
Can I use my own frame for this service?
Yes, you can. Your own frame is subject to our customer service policies and the service is subject to the lens availability.
Is there any period that this service not available?
From time to time, in order to ensure we continue to maintain the superior quality of our lenses and deliver the best customer experience to you, there may be a suspension of the service not lasting longer than 5 business days. Notices, where this will occur, will appear on all our media means and in-store.
